You will need the following
- Printable New Year Dot Painting Activity Worksheet (Download below)
- A4 Card stock paper
- Dot Marker
Make sure to use a paper that will absorb the paint from the marker without bleeding to the other side of the paper.
A dot marker is recommended as it suits the younger kids just fine. Their tiny hands are able to hold the big dot markers comfortably. Also, one or two dabs and the circle is fully painted.
However, if you cannot get your hand on dot marker, you can opt for a chunkier set of markers.
You can opt totally out of markers and use adhesive colourful stickers which is even less messier.
If you don’t mind mess, you can substitute with paint (water colour or acrylic) and brush. This will suit much older kids.
